First draft for the "Linux problems" form

I'm planning out the form I want to share with my audience on the "issues people have with Linux" topic.
I created a first draft, with a bunch of questions, but I'd like you to try it out, and let me know if there are questions that feel badly worded, issues with the answers, missing potential answers, or even entirely missing questions.
If you have 5 minutes, I'd love for you to take a look and to help me shape the form before I share it more widely :)
You can answer it and fill it out, but since there will probably be a bunch of edits, these answers won't be added to the final survey, so you'll have to fill it out again in its "final form"!

In this question….> Using Linux as a desktop OS, do you face hardware-related problems? * ………… recognized, battery life being noticeably wore than what you'd expect... Used wore instead of “more” I agree with a few other comments that a text limited comment box would be helpful. Other than that looks great to me.
