I compress our podcast episodes into 30 to 40 MB mp3 files for two hours of audio without any noticeable loss of quality.

2023-02-01 09:25:31 +0000 UTCReminder that at 35 I decided that having a sprained ankle all the time wasn’t worth it, so for the past three years I switched from running in the morning to a two hour walk with a weight vest. Can recommend. Also 35 isn’t 18 for anyone and that’s fine ;)
