Teeth problems, Linux Gaming as a gateway, and GNOME Experiment - Exclusive Weekly Patroncast
Added 2021-10-04 16:58:15 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Here is your exclusive Weekly Patroncast, this time episode 46!
In this one, I talk about:
- 01:20 The horrendous weekend I spent because of my stupid wisdom teeth, and my painful Monday morning
- 06:20 Linux gaming, and how I don't think it can act as a gateway to the Linux desktop, but will stay as another niche
- 14:18 GNOME, and how they're interfacing with KDE and elementary OS to make the theme-less experience of the future more seamless and less painful, and how I'm thinking of using it vanilla-style for an experiment
I hope you enjoy listening to it!

I totally agree on this. Any other effort will bring more awareness, but won't create a big shift in market share. Other efforts can lead to Linux computers / consoles being sold in mainstream shops, though. At least I hope so :D

You already pointed that out previously and I think that's about it... I hope you're recovering well ! Thanks for the podcast 👍
