Here is your weekly patroncast!
In this one, I talk about:
- Youtube monetizing all the videos, including ones from channels that aren't eligible to monetization yet, and how that kinda unfair but might net them a good amount of profit
- Learning to use a mirrorless camera, because at some point I was going to have to stop using my phone and start using some big boy tools
- Experimenting with mechanical keyboards, or at least "mechanical feel" keyboards, to get used to the height and the sound, before deciding whether to invest money into a "real" mechanical board

That’s the plan :) The goal is to make sure that even with ad revenue reduced to 0, I could still pay my mortgage. Until that’s the case, then I’m not doing it full time :)

2021-05-26 04:32:45 +0000 UTCMaybe at some point, yeah :) For now, the revenue from youtube is too unreliable, and I don't make enough from Patreon or other more stable sources to consider it, but it's not far :) I'd like to be able to, but I'd need to grow the channel a bit more first!
