Fedora Fun!
Added 2019-05-05 23:52:22 +0000 UTCAs many of you know, back in February I was hired by Red Hat as a Tech Support Engineer. Along with that came my transition from Arch Linux to Fedora. It's been a fun and hectic ride and I finally passed my RHCSA and RHCE exams, and got through my job training! Now I can focus a bit more on some of the projects I've been cranking out (IE Proton and Lutris builds). That being said, Here are some current projects to catch those up to speed who are not aware:
My Custom Proton build, has fixes specific to Warframe and other games:
https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom/releases
My Lutris wine build, currently a WIP, I will be posting releases for it soon:
https://github.com/lutris/wine/tree/ge-warframe
I created some Fedora COPR repos (They work like Ubuntu PPAs) that were necessary for gaming:
Mesa-git + LLVM-git (I try to update this weekly). I noticed that unlike the Arch AUR and Ubuntu's PPAs, the only available source on Fedora was one other COPR repo which had builds that were 1-2 months old, or another repo built with LLVM 8 (not git). In order to use the latest features on AMD/Intel gpus, gamers should -really- be using mesa-git + llvm-git. So, I made my own! I additionally needed these for bug testing/bug reporting as I submit bug reports regularly to freedesktop.:

Mingw 6.0.0 (Necessary for building DXVK and D9VK)
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/gloriouseggroll/mingw-6.0.0/
My modified Lutris Buildbot updated to allow building Lutris wine runners with FAudio + FFMpeg (I have a PR sent to strider at Lutris for this for future Lutris wine builds):

Things in the pipeline:
-Working on ge-proton 4.7 with D9VK+DXVK 1.1.1
-Working on FAudio compiled with FFMpeg COPR repo
-Working on COPR repo for my wine build
To everyone that is a patron of mine: Thank You!
