Rose appreciates Hermione correcting herself; the young witch is still getting used to being a female. "I might. Do you think you can get me in?"
"Of course. I'll ask Professor Slughorn before his class begins. He seems to be lighthearted and not strict. He also doesn't seem to have a favorite. So it shouldn't be hard to convince him to let you in his class."
Rose is happy that she can pursue her dreams of being a dark wizard catcher.
"Oh, I'm sure you will get in."

The day passed as Rose and Ron walked to their potions class. They talk about the quidditch teams and if Rose is going to play for Gryffindor again. She knocks on the door.
Professor Slughorn looks up from his desk, a large smile on his face, as Rose pushes the door open. "Hello, Miss Smith. How may I help you?"
"I'm interested in potions. Can I join your class?"
"Oh yes. Hermione told me about her friends. Please gather around. If you don't have a book, go to the supply cabinet back there." He points.
Ron and Rose walk over to see a taddy-looking book and a clean new potion book. They look at the books. Both wanting the new one.
