News + ETA
Added 2020-04-01 18:34:45 +0000 UTCI hope everyone is doing well with the confinement going on, the situation is kind of shitty all around the world, well we can only hope things get better in a not so far future.
The chapter 7 is being worked on, and as usual, the eta is around the 18-19th April.
We also kept working on the new planned game but to be fair we had big troubles making progress. The illustrator is the same that for TQ and we came to the conclusion late and in the middle of everything that it was too much work on his side to do both on top of his normal everyday artist work. The new planned game will be paused until TQ is complete.
But that caused a problem for me because I have some free time outside of TQ (especially with confinement) and I want to propose more things while this is still the case.
So I have been looking to still find a way to do a new visual novel and do it rather quickly because we wasted quite a bit of time with this affair.
Here the story concept (rough sketch) of what I'm working on right now:
Somewhere in the 1900s, existed an imaginary tiny British island. In this island a strange curse has caused the males to be infertile, contact with the outside world has been mostly cut because people thought it was a sort of virus, so the island has been 'quarantined' for years. They live on the island by producing their food themself, no contact with the outside. But one day, a boat crossing the sea not far violently runs aground on the coast of the cursed island, the two only survivors from the wreckage is a young noble and his nanny, travelling from South Africa. What they discover on the island is that population is growing very old because of a strange curse but there are some mature women that are still in their age to procreate, some of them are part of the old aristocracy of the island, very high ranked women. But also a tribe on the island will be present adding some diversity to the cast of characters. Those wealthy or pretty mature women that are part of the higher class will fight to the death to make him their man and have the honour to breed with him.
Mood: rather dark but not that dark – breeding – mystery - thriller
This is one of the first concepts of the VN, it has evolved quite a bit since then while keeping the same vibe, we developed the mystery aspect a lot recently but I will not spoil it, I'm not certain of what gonna remain or what could be a major spoiler yet.

I hope it works out well, art always takes time, more than everything else in general so we are trying to set a correct pace and a good workflow with the new illustrator of that project. I would like to avoid having the same problem as with the paused project or things in general that I worked on that never saw the light of the day, but right now it's looking good.
I'll be posting new concept of characters as soon as I receive them and keep you informed on the matter, I'll like to propose some new polls as well but I need to see what could be interesting/useful to ask.
