3/4 songs recorded for Sammy Phase EP1

Earlier this week on Monday I showed u guys that song "Whoever I Wanna Be" for this week's Jamaraz Unreleased, remember that??

In case you missed it (go check it now), basically a bit of a side quest I have right now is recording some songs from the perspective of Sammy, you know, from the song Sammy.

So the story is before all the stuff that happened in the RTZ song, Sammy actually made music himself, and so these are the songs I'm doing right now. I'm currently working on his 1st EP which has four songs:

1. To The Red Haired Girl
2. Whoever I Wanna Be
3. One Jar
4. Sidewalk Sandwich

In the storyline, he will release this EP in February 1997. Then he'll release another EP around September time?

Also, just for those who are really into the lore, in early December 1998, Chester and Marshall (from the album Dec 13. 1998) actually attend one of Sammy's gigs and they have some mutual friends.

That's right, Sammy lives in Anagood in the same universe as Chester and Marshall and all that!! Cool right?

SO ANYWAY

Today I recorded "To The Red Haired Girl" on my 4-track, because realistically that's the best that a 17 year old Sammy could record on at the time in 1997.






The last song to do for the EP will be Sidewalk Sandwich, which I've only written half of so far.

I will actually be releasing Sammy Phase EP1 on Spotify under the name Sammy Phase sometime when it's done, but probably not until I record EP2 or some other stuff of his.

I'll share Red Haired Girl for the dragon members tomorrow, because I'm about to leave my house and I won't be back til late tonight, so I'll mix it down tomorrow yeah

I really like this idea of continuing the Anagood universe though! Expect to see more of that in the future, I already have so many ideas :D
