Edit 01/12/2022: I've just realised that this post charged my Patrons in error. For any of my Patrons who were charged for this that would like it refunded, please reach out and let me know! I'm incredibly sorry about this - I'm not entirely sure how it happened.

The smell of turpentine hangs heavy in the air of this rotting town house. Half-finished canvases are scattered across every room, all seeming to depict the same person at varying stages of decay.

Inspired by watching the Pickman's Model episode of Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities and a brief return to the Layers of Fear video game during the Halloween season, I wanted to make a map that could serve as the home of an ailing artist, struggling with their metaphorical (or literal) demons. So, here we have the Artist's Abode - a comfortable rowhouse that has fallen into disrepair due to the... preoccupation of its resident artist.
The paint brush and paint palette assets were very helpfully drawn by Heather, from Its Just Witch Maps.
I have not provided gridded versions for this map, as I suspect the vast majority of my patrons are using their maps in VTTs that allow for a grid to be added and customized - if I was mistaken in this decision, however, and you do use the gridded versions of my maps, please do let me know and I'll upload them!
Just to keep you all updated, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD. Better late than never, I suppose, but suddenly a whole lot of things I've struggled with my whole life have started to make sense. I should be starting medication very soon, and hopefully that will help me to maintain a more consistent pace without constantly feeling like I'm burning the candle at both ends!

My maps are made with assets from Forgotten Adventures and AoA (bolstered with assets of my own making here and there), and they come with grid/gridless, day/night, edited/unedited, and light/lightless variants, plus JPEGs, WebPs with transparent backgrounds, and UVTT (DD2VTT) files for Foundry VTT.
