Painting You, Painting Me
Added 2024-03-18 03:26:30 +0000 UTCSorry for the lack of updates, something crazy happened at our house and I'm still recovering from it ;_;
Long story short, the AC installer forgot to seal the hole in our wall left by the installation process, so a family of mice moved in. It resulted in at least 7 (maybe more) mice raining from the AC unit in the ceiling and onto my freaking pillow of all places. That resulted in weeks of sleep deprivation as we try to catch all the mice and clean poop from every corner of the house. Should have just burned the whole house down at this point....
Anyway, I think we finally got the last of them (I hope) and now I have more energy to draw now haha. This painting is from my work in progress novel, 1000 Words Unframed. It's a story about artists and what it means to make art. I look forward to sharing the novel with you all when it's finally done.
