1000 Words Unframed, illustrated Novel WIP

Hey everyone! Sorry for the MIA, I've been busy working on an illustrated novel for the past month.

For those who have been following me for a long time, you might know of my 2009 comic, 1000 Words (you can read it for free here if you haven't https://www.yuumeiart.com/1000-words )

This web novel will be a continuation of the comic and follow the lives of these 4 artists, exploring what art means to them and to the people around them. The story and accompanying art will all be free to read on my website like my comics :)

I'm about 85% done writing the first draft, and then I'll also be adding lots of illustrations for the story too. It's my first time writing a novel so I'm rather nervous, but I think it'll be a good compromise between drawing comics, which my injured hand can't sustain forever.

I still aim to complete Fisheye Placebo in comic format, but for other stories such as Knite and future stories, I'll likely be converting to illustrated web novels. I'm very excited to share the results soon and I'll be posting more concept art for it as well~
