EDIT 2 The new tier will be opened in january and will be charged in february,my page charges the 1st of each month so no worries,this means the rewards are for february and the tier will start working in february,this because i want january for resting
as for the rules,the exact same of current Overlord,which means yea,you gotta ask for fanart one month for being able to get ocs the next
The good thing is I have an idea, in regards of Overlord Tier,
I am thinking in updating it and offering this shading/lineart syle ,like the Filia piece,same resolution of 2000 pix
