Hey guys, 

We've recently been getting a bunch of "hey where's my book? / I haven't gotten anything since May" DMs. 

Not sure if everyone is receiving my updates either here or on discord. But please ensure that you swing by to check the Patreon or discord every now and again. 

It seems that some people missed these two infographics from the beginning of the year, or missed when we asked through last month if everyone has received their books. Trust me, the last thing we want to do is take your money and run (there was an IGG for that).

But we are committed to doing our best to build and maintain a better schedule so we can keep moving forward. If you can't see the announcements channel in discord, hit us up and let us know and we'll investigate the issues.

Same with when shipments go out. If May was the last time you got something (final issue 6 variant) and you didn't get the Retail version of issue 7 last month. That's a problem and we needed to know back on 11 Oct so we could build the alibi list and get ready to push these Issue 7 completes out the door.

So please, check the spam folders to make sure you're getting the Patreon emails.

 We know stuff happens (life events, or global shit like Covid) where there are unfortunate delays or gaps in consistent issues hitting your mailbox or porch on a regular basis. 

To reiterate: Please continue to check the announcements in discord and your email to let us know if information was put out that you should have received something in the mail and didn’t. The last thing we want is for you to feel cheated or ignored by us.
