I have come to the realization that some of the rules of the Fanart Month may be a bit vague, so I'm making some major changes to the rules and some minor ones as well to reduce/remove current and potential issues.
Terms:
Fanart Month thereafter will be reffered to as FA Month
DC stands for Diamond Club
