Today I'll be explaining how Fanart Month works!

Members of the club are able to put forth a character they want me to draw Fanart for every month! I'll choose one randomly and you could be lucky and win more than once.

Opening dates of the raffle will vary but it should be within the first week of the month.

Raffle entries for FA Month will now end on a specific date which is every 20th day of the month 4pm UST (Universal Standard Time), any entries thereafter are void for the current month but will count towards the next month without the need of resubcribing.

I'll commit to delivering these within the month as much as possible.

Glossary:

Fanart Month thereafter will be reffered to as FA Month

DC stands for Diamond Club

Terms and Conditions:

1. How the character will be drawn is up to my discretion

2. Your own OCs are not allowed to join but you may suggest another person's OC (with their approval if possible)

3. I can decline a character that I don't want to draw and will give you an unlimited chance to suggest a character that I approve before I get to choosing entries!

4. A member can only win 2 consecutive times before they are taken off the ballot for the 3rd time/month and following that they're name shall return to the ballot

5. You must submit your entry on the appropriate post to be eligible for the FA month!

a- in case someone's entry is beyond the deadline, the entry will be counted for the

next FA Month instead.

b- in the case of someone's entry is beyond the deadline of (x) month and decide to enter for (y) month within the deadline, you will have two entries for (y) month.

c- in the case of (y) month's entry passing the deadline refer back to Case a.

6. FA Month will now be labeled as MM/YYYY (for example: FA 02/2025) for clarity.

7.If by any chance I cannot commit to FA month for a particular (x) month, your entries will be valid for the succeeding (y) month (this does not require be a DC member again for the month). This will mean that (y) month will not have it's own FA Month.
