As I know it was a misunderstand between the company and government. So now I can use paypal again. I will try come back drawing, but at the end of the year might be something change. That's all. Next month Paypal in Thailand will have new rule for text collecting. (The Government are broke)
So normal people in Thailand will now unable to transfer money between the country.
Unless register paypal as business account.
If that happen and I can't fine a way to solve this problem. Next month I will not be able to recieve income and I might have to pause FANBOX and PATREON.
