Its the return of my first piece of clothing i released here, however, this time its much more fancy as ive learned a lot since when i did the first one.

This one is made to work in all situations, renders, vrchat avatars, you name it, werever an fbx file and rig works this should work. Of course this requires the knowlege on how to make it work, which is up to you to accuire.

The rain can be both something quite nice and something quite bad, as an avail its a bit of both, as whilst its quite nice an such, it also makes your feathers soggy and wet and depending on what's raining down it could kill you.
