BellBell's Neon Bunny Ear and Tail

Fits on Panda Bears base and armature
Hair, Head, Neck, Body, and outfit not included just Ears and Tail
Separated the mesh into 3 materials (1 base, 1 glowing and 1 see though) use emissions to make it look nicer)

Rigged (check bone names for what to apply Dynamic/Phys bones on)

Bunny ears I made from scratch a long time back but IRL stuff came and and prevented me from upload them. 
Not Prefect but have fun
