Hi,
Have you ever tried to make a proxy rig to make your rig faster for animation playblast? And end up select very single edgeloop for each joints, detach, then extract mesh, then repeat. Yes, I was in this situation. Each time it costs me up to 1 hour or more to finish.

Click on the top node of your rig, then hit that tool, and it selects all controllers (or whatever) that have keyframes on them- below this top node.
If nothing is selected. It will select all the objects with keyframes.
>> So it's a quick "select all" if you don't have a body picker and that way it let's you move all the keyframes in your scene.

Hi,
If you see the spine/ spline controls flip while animating (usually happen when rotate > 180 degree). I'm sorry about that.
You can use this script to fix it.
Load the script into Python tab in Script Editor. Ctrl + A, then Ctrl + Enter to run it.

Hi,
This is an idea from my animator friend, Le Phi Hung.
In animation, we usually animate the character, then turn on Motion Path to check the pacing. This time we will do the opposite way:
- Create Curve Path
- Create Locator that follow this path
- Adjust Locator animation
- Then copy the animation back to character control

Often time, in production you will need this: convert back copies meshes into instances. This will be nightmare to hand place them all over again, so this is the script for doing this tedious job.
