This model was designed in Cycles and never tested in Eevee. It might get a bit of adjusting to get it to look as great in your scenes as it does in mine, but with the well-documented node structure, it should be easy to edit it on the fly. The file includes a regular lightsaber, one that matches Kylo Ren's lightsaber, and a blaster bolt. It even has a useful "contact point" tool, for showing those bright flashes that lightsabers emit whenever they hit another lightsaber.
Inspired by the Final Shape effect from Destiny 2. This geometry node group is a bit taxing on the computer, especially with complex models, but as long as you don't go too crazy with it, it should be fine on most machines.
