Redid this picture a bit. Sometimes it's nice to do this because it helps me become a little faster, and I dont worry too much about "messing things up" on images this old!

I think this character is more or less developed at this point. The tail thickness is higher than normal because it's connected to the helium tank. Im still thinking over her clothes though.

Chemical Plant Zone's long been refitted into a massive sea of medicinal mutagens that get processed into different compounds. Here's Rouge pumping her boobs up with enough GRO that the chemical can't act on her body. She's ballooning up with the mass of the fluid alone.
It just feels too good to stop, even after nearly an hour in treatment!
