Kihrae and Cat [WIP Update 1]

After all the work that went into the first page of the Arcane comic, I decided to take it easy on this next one and just do a quick drawing of my OC Kihrae with her partner Catalyna. 

After this I'll tackle the pair of Beau and Yash illustrations.

And here, finally, is the first page! This one took a little while, despite being in black and white, because I was still figuring out how I wanted to do this comic while working on it. But now that it's done, the other pages should go more smoothly. Page 2 will be coming in June.

I'm still pretty rusty at drawing comics and so this feels like a "two steps forward, one step back" kinda project, but it's slowly starting to take shape. I think I'll have the whole thing finished around the middle of this coming week.

When Fighting Monsters, Page 1 [WIP Update 1]

I'm still in the process of storyboarding the whole comic out, so this first page is still a way's off from being done, but here's the initial rough sketch and lighting test.

The comic will be a short scene inspired by the dialogue we hear in the Season 2 teaser.

No line art version for this one because, well, it's basically all line art.

Berserk Korra

Here is the final Korra piece for this month: a Berserk and Legend of Korra mash-up.

I’ve wanted to draw “berserk” Korra from the Book 3 finale for a while now, and Kentaro Miura’s Berserk manga was a big influence on my own art when I first got into drawing. So I thought, why not?

Korra's Late Night Snack

[Hi-Res & Line Art] Do-Over

Here are the hi-res and line art versions! As promised, I included both the full color and black and white (grayscale) versions.

Because of the way I did the line art on some parts, I couldn't make a fully transparent PNG, so it's a JPG this time instead.

I included the hi-res images for both the full version  and all the separated ones. I drew all the lineart separately so they're separated here, too.

And here, finally, is the full version of this little set! I ended up turning it into a bit more of a comic than I originally planned.

Since the full image is pretty big, I also split it up into 4 individual pictures in case some people prefer to view it that way.

Testing Asami's New Glove [WIP Update 1]

Thanks to your votes, I was able to get a head start on April's first NSFW illustration! However, after I started working on this, my singular idea kind of ballooned into a small series. So you'll be getting four quick pictures for the price of one.

To make sure it doesn't take too much time, I'll be keeping each one simple and without a background, but it will be in full color, not black and white like my recent Arcane drawings.
