So you might have heard I'm a big fan of Helldivers. I love the gameplay, and I love the lore, and I expect to be drawing even more fan art in the future. It's kinda seen a surge in players again now that it's on the Xbox and the Halo crossover came out. While not exactly replicating the Halo experience, it's fun to have a true co-operative multiplayer shooter that gives you access to the Halo guns, too.

So on a lark, I decided to finally download Umamasume: Pretty Derby and I gotta admit, I'm enjoying it. That said, I actually don't like anime "moe" all that much! Moe (mo-ey) is a term that kinda means cute also "strong feelings of affection." For me, personally, it's a bit much! Also "moe" tends to rely on tropes that can be pretty repetitive.

But the part that's really REALLY good ab...

I know I don't usually do two "sketch pile" posts in a week, but again, it's kinda a situation where I didn't feel like any single drawing was good enough "yet" to just post it on its own. I might want to revisit drawing that mecha girl again. See-through mecha girls are kinda popular these days. But I would like to come up with a more interesting composition. Some other time, though.

No spoilers for the current manga arc of Chainsaw Man except Yoru is equal parts amazing and truly utterly awful. Fujimoto, in this manga, constantly is able to one-up themselves with the creation of new "absolute worst girls," and it's great.

Oh, just another sketch pile. Some cute girl figures, but nothing really struck me as a drawing I should finish. I dunno. It was kinda a frustrating week last week when I was working on drawings, so a lot of the figures came out rather basic. Still, I appreciate that at least the figures look good for what they are.
