Thanks to a number of internal improvements, mod support will be coming to the web version of the game in version 0.13.
Whether online or offline, the browser versions of the game will now be able to run mod files, though there are some restrictions. Due to security limitations, you cannot load mod files from your own system, you can only load mod files that are hosted on the web. Patrons will not be charged for August, as the update will not be arriving before the end of this month. Basically that means if you've already paid for July, your patronage should be good through the end of August. If you pay annually, you'll get be credited with an extra month.
Because we're going into August, this update will coincide with the game's second anniversary, so I'll probably take some extra time to add a little more content related to that.

I feel like I've been to quiet, lately. I'm still working on the update, I expect it to come out this month still, so a little late. It's going okay, just a lot of stuff to squeeze into it. I'm also struggling a bit with the portrait system, of all things, the drop-shadows are appearing in the wrong place since we've added the outfit system, and fixing it is turning into a spaghetti code nightmare.

I've been looking for an excuse to have the player character randomly smooch NPCs for a while, and a couple weeks ago I came up with the idea of "kissing magic," and this will be implemented in v0.13. The lore excuse is something about focusing her magic in her lips and kissing someone making them drop their guard. I’ll flesh it out, but the idea is you cast a spell and smooch someone to deliver it.

Note that the person who gave the romance a 1 for Rais seemed to have not played his romance at all. Some of the 3's for both romances also came from people who didn't play the romance at all, so the charts are actually even more positive than they appear to be.
Rais's romance is a little less popular overall, but that might be because it's fairly new. So let's dig into some specific comments on the romances. There's really one major refrain I saw over and over:

Starting in v0.13, the game will feature cosmetic outfit options. These will be purely cosmetic and limited to the patron edition of the game. In addition to the default outfit, three new outfits are being added: a succubus-themed outfit, an outfit similar to Rachel's, and a maid outfit. I'm so happy we managed to reach over $1000 per month! Thank you guys so much! This is a huge benchmark for me, and I honestly am a little surprised we hit it. I had faith we'd hit it eventually, but it wasn't long ago that we just hit $800 (and I was amazed by that, too), so I was thinking it would take at least another update. Starting in v0.12.2, you'll be able to use a small selection of potions during encounters. You may have already realized it if you’ve been following the game’s development for some time, but I'm a big fan of systems and game mechanics. I have a lot of fun designing crunchier mechanics like the encounter system, the expedition system, alchemy, and things of that nature.
