Another friend told me my method of coloring sketches looks like water colors, so we'll just call the style that, heh. I had way WAY more characters from different media to draw, but this is all I got done for my warm-up practice. Expect more brand new guys/gals soon >:3

Thank you to everyone who waited, offered advice or checked up on me throughout the whole sciatica ordeal. My chiropractor says I'm doing better and that he'll try to get me an MRI so we can figure out what's really wrong with my back. Until then, it's stretches, workouts and weekly visits.

Sciatica

Sciatica is a type of back pain that causes one of your legs to cramp, tingle, ache and numb all hours of the day. It typically lasts 2-4 weeks. The best one can do is carry on with their tasks like normal, no matter how much it hurts. So I've been taking twenty minute walks every couple hours.

I am actually in such constant pain, I've avoided replying to comments or talking on Discord because I'm afraid I'll say something I'll regret....

Inflamed

I woke up today and my right leg was killing me. It was hurting, tingling, numb and cramping all at once. Every time I walk or sit upright, the pain comes back full force, forcing me to lay in bed all day away from my computer.

Animations may be delayed a day or two, and the Trello schedule will be updated dutifully.

I've always had a pinched nerve for years now, but it never felt this bad. If the pain doesn't subside, I'll see a doctor.

The reason I was so confident I could do ten YCHs a week is because I was actually doing ten. Five for participants, five for some friends on Discord as safe practice. I only managed 8, but I'd argue I was a day short for starting on Tuesday instead...

going rogue lol

Right after I posted the last status update, I got a text saying I didn't get the job.

So we'll call it official, I'm gonna start opening YCH's very VERY soon. Like, in-a-DAY soon.
I already have a YCH google form ready with multiple options to choose from.

Personally, I'm excited. I feel more confident in earning for myself than getting an illusive job in today's market. And from the way I have things set up, it shouldn't get in the way of any personal projects! Here's to...
