Making OC plushies is usually not only a challenge but an opportunity to implement some new features in my plushies.
This time I want to share with you the usage of faux fur. The character has some fur on the legs and body, and hooves of a different color.
Do you like the way I made those elements?

The work on this cutie (and her numerous accessories) is finally finished! She's on her way to her home.
It was a challenge to sew all her clothes, and it took me a vast of time and effort.
Some types of them I made for the first time.

The first one: I made a sleeping mask to protect her eyes while sleeping.
The second one is the lingerie dress.
Its design is quite intricate, there're several velcros and a zip. It took me some time to make it fit well. Moreover, it covers her sporty breasts properly :3

Today I'm here to ask you a delicate question.
I have a plushie. A customer who ordered the plushie didn't respond to me for several months after I provide photos of the finished plush.
All the contacts I have are his dA account (blank) and a contact email.
I sent several notes and emails with no result.
Is it fair in this case to make a refund for the upfront and put the plushie on sale?
What do you think about it?
