Well, it was a long run, but here we are. I almost posted the middle variant here two days ago, but changed my mind at the last minute (´･ω･`).

These pics are partially™️ ready, I am not going to hold them longer for now, but please keep in mind that these are basically plain renders with no any post-editing, etc. I always tried to incorporate everything inside 1 pipeline which is not that good tbh, so I've wanna try to move away from cringy particle hair (let me know if you like them because everyone I asked is radically against them in overwatch renders) and also add a bit more paint-over editing...

Continue set or nah?
I actually quite happy that I've managed to finish those 4, in the end it turned out that main difficult is to personalize each of them, I've spent 3 days for Ashe and then completely lost all imagination on Pharah, like where, how...default gym... some egypt temple...final pool was more like an escape option, ofc it would be more easy with someone like D.va, but still probably I'll freeze somewhere.
I'm gonna move to other projects for now, but if there will be some fans of the idea, I'll...

Finally setting things up with the "1 pose x multiple characters idea" With different rigs and models out there the main problem is to pose everything in the same size \ angle etc. I've made a controller to match their sizes to a character's real height and base starting point, then started to learn armature retargeting, which turned out to be completely useless as everything else will still need manual adjustments anyway.
