Just a personal doodle for a change! This is my ICON character - it's a tabletop RPG much like DnD, except with an emphasis on more collaborative storytelling rather than your typical dice-rolling affair, and having taken much inspiration from JRPGs as opposed to western fantasy.

Brutes being cutes 💯

Painted commission for Strawberry bear and his bull husband Garr! They were super sweet to work with, altho balancing the colour palette against the characters was a little bit challenging. I ended up going with greens (complementary to pink/red) and other earthy colours, with pink flowers (works with the flower language too) scattered about. Whatch'all think? ❤️✌️

The New Dungeon Plaything

I tried something new with this one! To go with the gesture I painted a quick colour key, and I have to say it super duper helped I think!

Unfortunately, during this I also had a BSOD literally just as I was saving, corrupting my PSD file. Photoshop's recovery handling really womps, but I think I had a pretty clever technique to restore the image to proper quality (involving AI upscaling and luminosity layer trickery)

Lift distractions

I don't think that's proper spotting technique!! I hope they wipe the seats afterwards!!!! But man that piss alt came out so hot tbh..

Starting to really find a shaded workflow and style that I think is visually attractive, pleasant and quick to make. It took a lot of little experimentation but it feels good.

The pupper's tee should have a different logo on it, but since I used a smart layer for non-destructive editing in Photoshop I should just be able to plonk it right in there ...

Breakdown

Prissy lil' bun posing and pretending his car has broken down, but really he just wants to attract a big man to give him a ride- oop, what's that red light on the dashcam??? What a perv 😉

I struggled quite a bit with this commission! But I wanted to try this composition out and I think I managed to get it to come together in the end.

Swallow or choke

I struggled a lot with this one!! Realised that it was cos I'd originally rushed the making of it and had to restart - but there are always lessons and ideas you can take away from the failed attempt. The chains were modelled and rendered in Maya and then I painted over them!

Party fox

Chunky lil' fox man got an offer at a local party - for every load that goes up his ass, he'll get to keep one of these big guys' underwear. Lil' guy hasn't touched himself yet, so it looks like he's planning to get passed around all night~

Getting into the deep end-

Love a good boy grolar bear who isn't afraid to take a deep breath and go down.

SUPER CHUFFED with this one!! I forgot how much I love sizeplay too so will definitely do that more in the future. Was also really fun drawing my civet so big and mean again 😉

Sketch pool

Starting a new one - feels like I've fallen off doing sketches and studies focusing most of my energy on commissions so will remedy that. Today I was feeling a little bit moody so I figured I'd try and loosen up with some studies. You can really see the progression from left to right lol

GODDAMN am I loving this new sketch brush that I'm using - it feels much much better than just the standard square I've been using.

Another shaded commission! Still figuring out my shaded pieces but I think little by little I am discovering a consistent workflow. This time I played around with adding some textures for a more traditional look. Whatchall think?

With this one I took some time to play around and figure out a new, faster workflow that leads to what I think is a much more high-quality, shaded tier look!! Sometimes that means restarting the picture once or twice ;) Life of an artist!

Commissioned painting. Had a super-fun time with this one, and tried out a different approach to rendering than last time! Also tried using a more curvilinear perspective for background elements, made super easy by an extremely useful drawing tool called "LazyNezumi"
