Feeling better but still positive!

I'll be working on the next pokémon this weekend even though I'm still testing positive I feel much better.

Here's an update and havoc staff, I have almost all of the skull part printed except for one set of horns. So far I'm around 52 hours into these prints. Cure them out in the sun because they're just too large for my UV cure.

Good news bad news.

First bad news I have covid. I am feeling fine so far but it's just the first day.

I tested the 1/3 size scale Havoc Staff.

I am starting on the full staff print today. We are close to 100 designs and this may not be the 100th but it will be close :)

SUPPORTS MUST TOUCH THE BUILD PLATE ONLY
if you have supports on everywhere it will fill the bank and be a pain is the Lochonk to get out.
I would even use a blocker in the body so supports dont get in there but thats just me.

Another month down

As another month comes to a close we had some cool designs this month (at least I think they are cool). From pokemon to Keyblades. As always thank you guys for being patrons, it does really mean a lot to me and my family.

We have a lot of cool stuff coming in June. I will finish the Havoc staff in June (sorry about the delay on that.)

Keyblade

Its done, 22 pieces, and not just the keyblade, a 3d printable chain too!!!

its currently sized to 21 inches but that was before I split the handle. so you can make it bigger.

Standard setting for FDM

brim for tall pieces,

.12 layer height

40mm print speed

tree supports

for the chain print right on the build plate not angle or elevation.
same for the cap
for the chain and the cap make the area that touches your build plate smaller. ...

I ran into an issue with the handle, I fixed it and broke into more pieces so it will be easier to print for fdm and people that want to go larger than 21 inches.  they are on the printer now and will be online tomorrow am. sorry I failed getting them done today.

Progress and road map

1. I have half way through testing the keyblade (it has 12 parts so it takes longer), it will be out Monday
            A. I am going add option for printed and bought chains for the keyblade.
2. Ornamental Riolu will  be out wednesday or thursday
3. I will go directly into another Ornamental pokemon after that. I get I have not done as many of those lately and I am trying to pick up the pace.

Off the Chain

The chain (just the chain not the emblem) I was thinking of finding some nice but cheap on amazon to use instead of trying to design a printable one. I just feel like it would be easier for those using fdm and look nicer.
