June Update: Alpha Build 1.04

Announcing Alpha Build 1.04!

Thank you all SO much for supporting us. We totally appreciate your patience with us while we finished up this build. My fingers are pretty much destroyed now from so much coding, haha. They'll get better, I'm sure!

This version has some changes and bug fixes, and most importantly, it has the first alpha version of the Character Editor. Please note that the Editor is not complete. There are still things to put in, and I'm working hard to do that. It works...

Just about ready...

Making the installer now for this month's alpha build, and I should have it all uploaded and ready for supporter download within a few hours. I'll post here in the feed once it's ready! ~ Giselle

Updates and some programmery stuff...

Just finishing up a few last minute things on this month's build, and the plan is to release it tomorrow.

Looking forward to making some of the higher milestones down the road so I can upgrade this computer. It's getting a bit old now and as a result everything takes that much longer to do on it. Pretty sure I'll be upgrading the processor first, since that will speed up development considerably. Right now, every time I make a change to code, it takes about a minute to compile it, then about a...

I've spent all day staring at 3d penis models...

We're Back!

I could not connect to Patreon over the past several days due to issues on the site and problems my local ISP was having. It looks like everything is finally working again now. Woo! Watch this space over the next few days as we'll be releasing this month's alpha build to supporters of $10 and above.

Woo! Reached another milestone, this time it will help out in creating smaller patches, so you won't always have to download full builds. If we can figure out a way to make that happen in the upcoming Character Editor build then that would be awesome. Otherwise we'll start crunching everything down as soon as possible after that release. Thanks so much for your support!

Closing in on the alpha release version of the Character Editor. Ran into an annoying programming bug that cost a day or so trying to track down and squash, but I'm past it now and things are going smoothly. Can't wait to get this out to you and see what you think! ~ Giselle

Character Editor, coming soon...

Here is a very small sampling of the kinds of things you can do with body and head shapes in the upcoming Character Editor. Plus, you'll be able to easily set skin type, color, hair styles, eye type and color, and more. Then save out your creation and load it back in any time you like. The Character Editor is coming soon! Click the little blue download link on the top right there to see the full size image.

Original Hi-Res "Pulp" Style Cover

This was the original design for the main page of the F.L.S.M. web site. Giselle collects old sci-fi pulp magazines and we thought it would be fun to make the site look like one. We ended up changing to a whole different style web site less than a month after launch, so this design was taken down. Here it is again, in large, hi-res format. Just click the little blue download link up on the right there to get it!

The Character Pack comes with six new characters, making a total of eleven characters when combined with the five already in the base game. The Positions Pack comes with seven new poses, making a total of thirteen positions when combined with the five positions already in the game.

The re-coding has begun!

Spent the day re-writing some of the code that lets the Character Editor load characters from XML file instead of an internal database (the way the characters currently work). Loading from external XML files means much more flexibility and will also lead the way for sharing created characters later on. That way anyone who doesn't have the Character Editor itself will still be able to load characters that other people make. Using a simple XML file format also means easy editing of character trai...
