If this were the case, Keith would have encountered Laura quite a bit earlier, when the gang reached Eric's estate. This was just after Natani used the Heart's Desire on him, so he might think this is another Laura illusion, but after he gets she's real, there would definitely be hell to pay for Eric for buying his fiancé...
