I'm having a blast doing these helmets. Here's my rendition of the Lion Thunderzord and the Black Ranger. I like the gold and black as the primary colors and the red jeweled eyes really brings out the contrast of the helmet. I think when the 3D model is sculpted the eyes will be separate so you can resin print them.
What do you guys think?

Next statue in line is of course, Zeo Ranger Green. You guys have access to the raw files to scale however you like but also pre-supported in either Lychee format or regular STLs to use in your preferred slicer. Test printed in a clear.....highlighter green??? IDK what this is but I'll be sure to show you once its cleaned up.

Some of you asked to see the progress so here it is. These are the last renders I took before I discovered issues. I removed the LED because there no way to add a battery pack for power. I needed to redesign the sliding legs and the locking mechanism that holds it in place when in megazord mode. The emblem on the head is removable so you can print/paint it in gold. Attachments are made with 10X2 magnets [arms and head]. I'm planning on using magnets to be the stopping force in keeping the leg...

New Release is at hand! Behold, the Gold Ranger's Power Staff. The Source of his power and give him his ability to morph. Modified with my own unique design to make it stand out. Use a half inch PVC pipe for internal support and summon your gold ranger powers to take down the bad guys!

This is a very intricate piece of work 😂😂
I am finally at the full prototyping stage. Based on my design everything "looks" like it will work. Only one way to find out. I reckon they'll be more to tweaks and fine tuning so wish me luck!
P.S. - I owe you all Lights of Orion Armor. I haven't forgot 😁
