Indefinite hiatus

I have some little bits to upload at the end of this month, but they will be my last for some time. I tried as best I could to resume, but my creative energies have shifted more towards the, eh... what do those pretentious fart sniffing self-righteous thumb-in-ass youtubers call it... the more 'high minded' side of art. I have other creative ambitions and goals that have outpaced this one. I don't have the time or energy to ride this wavelength. I know that now for certain.

I was aiming to finish "elf" this month and undershot. Maybe I should have finished the sketches first before I impatiently dove into color and detail on such an ambitious multipanel comic, hm? Maybe there's a reason most artists save that part for last, hm, where one's botched sequential planning doesn't result in days of lost work, hm? Maybe the ability to plan ahead and manage time on a project is what sets manga artists higher ...

New Material Incoming + Billing Resumes Sept 21

Barring any unforeseen catastrophes, a new small set will go up on the drive on Sept 21. Billing will resume then and memberships will reopen as well (links too, don't worry.) Additional sketches, WIPs and various doodles will also go on the drive for T2 and T3, after which updates (should) start again at a more regular pace for some time.

...it's because I'm dead, figuratively (maybe literally.) New drawings (even if they're utterly worthless shit) by then. Or nothing at all, ever again. Final ultimatum.

Been a lot of drama in the art community the past few years. The dust will never settle. I knew it wouldn't. But rather than weigh in on recent events, I'll reduce this very complex question down to its most basic essence.

Does it matter to you if I enjoy making what I make? If given a choice, would you prefer that I continue to enjoy making it, or are you indifferent to how I feel about it?

Please help me find my way through.

There was an error with my last billing pause. Membership wasn't supposed to reopen, and no one was meant to get charged for this month. I don't know what happened. Pretty sure I confirmed it was paused, but it looks like it resumed anyway. I've been offline for almost the entire month with no internet access and have only now discovered the mess they've left me to clean up.

I'm pausing again and issuing refunds for everyone who joined this month or got billed. Bi...

I'm reopening the drive tomorrow. It'll include a bunch of new sketches and almost completed WIPs for the upper tiers. I'll link you then.

FF7 Rebirth has been a huge disappointment.

Billing cycle to remain paused for now

My work is no longer available on pixiv or other social media platforms. My drive has also been closed.

A new drive will be made in the coming months with all the old material and include new stuff, too, particularly that irksome doll set I've started and deleted a hundred times, and about 25-30 rough sketches.

For some time, my work will be available only to those who have already subscribed (although the desperate can probably find some of it on pirate sites, or reposts.) You ...

Billing cycle paused, temporarily closed to new members.

For personal reasons, I've paused the billing cycle this month (and possibly the next, or the one after, we'll see how I feel and what the financial situation is like) and closed new memberships, both here and on subscribestar. I'll pause fanbox as well if I can figure out how.

A new piece showing off some high tech auto training gear is now up on the main drive. Uploaded some more to the drive. This time I decided to record part of my coloring / linework process for curiosity's sake.
