Been slowly cleaning up this lineup over the last ~8 months, but it's nearly done. A few details left to pick at, but it's good enough to start us off on our sketch suggestions.

Alright, I'm going to get a proper post for this together in the next day or two, but I want to give you guys a heads up about what is happening this month.

This page isn't as polished as I would like, it's messier like the first pages of the comic, but my schedule has been kinda screwy this month. It'll probably be more screwy for like Aug 5th to 12th, but we'll still try to get started on sketches and voting next month while I finish up the final page of the comic.

Well, took me a while to figure out how I wanted to end the comic - I've had a few ideas in my head since this started, a variety of jokes and knotted-interactions I wanted to show, but truth is I am just really burned out on this comic. Once I've figured that out, I'll make a post to get feedback from you guys on how you want to handle the last little bit and what you want to see in the future/after this comic is totally wrapped up. Sorrrrta another of the sketch requests. One of them was for some Makwa butt, which is one of the sketches on this page. This is just something like the doodle pages I've done for Kimber and Jen, just more organized and focused on Kian and Makwa. I took the Makwa butt request as an excuse to put some more time into refining it.

Concept/sketches for a project with Seff and Ashley. Probably gonna be a while before I'm able to take it any further than this. There's 10 polaroids to a pack (at least, there were in the 80's), and I was surprised that I was able to lay them out in a way that would work in only four scrapbook pages. I thought I'd need 5, or maybe even 6 pages to fit them + some accompanying text. The scrapbook is the 10 inches by 7 inches per page, and the polaroids are 600's, so 3 inches by 4 inches or the...

Part of what's taking so long is that I know I've drawn this side profile of these two several times before, and I'm really sick of it. I hate repeating so many shots, especially this flat, boring profile shot of them, but it's hard to show her motion relative to him any other way. I keep feeling boxed into a corner by a lot of decisions I made early on in this comic, that I didn't think would actually turn out to be big deals. Sorry for the radio silence over the last couple weeks. After the last page, I was feeling really burned out. Haven't been able to do much more than pick at this and do a little bit here and there.
