January 7th, 2016 Update

Aaaand it's done. I'm gonna get the concepts and polls together for this month and make another post later tonight with that, along with messaging the polls out to you guys. Rather than wait till the end of the month, I'll make sure it's done first before I get elbow-deep in my next commission. And since I'm so late, the polling period will also be fairly short.

January 5th, 2016 Update

Character lines/colors are all done, but I'm waffling a bit on what to do with the BG, how far to take it. I'll figure it out tomorrow, though, and get you guys a set of concepts and polls for this month.

January 1st, 2017 Update

Character lines all done, getting the flats in. Tomorrow I'll do their fur patterning and get some basic BG in there.

December 31st, 2016 Update

Well, I probably could've rushed some flat colors onto this in the next hour after smoothing over the last rough bits of the linework and called it done, but it'd have been a sloppy, shit job, and between things, I'd rather give you guys late work than shit work. So, sorry I didn't get this month's Patreon pic actually finished during the month, but it'll be done as soon as I can make it so.

December 30th, 2016 Update

In the home stretch on this one, I think. Still, might've been a little too ambitious to try and squeeze two chars into the pic this month. Not sure if I'll be able to do all the linework and flats tomorrow, but I'll try.

December 28, 2016 Update

Hope you all had a good Christmas. Cutting things a little close this month, but I'm going to do my best to make sure the Patreon sketch for this month is actually delivered... this month. I decided that option B would probably make the more interesting picture, even if it is the harder of the two to draw, so I've been getting that going over the holidays.

December 22, 2016 Update

Finished Youngtani x Maletani pic. Was only supposed to be flat colored, but the characters looked really out of place with this BG like that, so I got some really basic shading on them. Youngtani's butt also looks a lot better with some shading on it :3c

December 14th, 2016 Update

I think I mostly need to sort out their feet and flesh the background out some more, and it'll be ready for linework and color. Leaning towards including all of Maletani here, since I ended up drawing most of him anyway just to make sure I had everything positioned correctly for the original cropped framing. Looking good for being finished with this around the weekend and then having the latter half fo the month for that sketch poll pic.

Coming along well. Though this pic was commissioned as having like maybe Maletani's hands/thighs/etc in the frame, not a full-on 2 char thing. Not sure how or if I'm going to crop this for that.

November 30th, 2016 Update

It is still technically November, so I haven't failed as completely as I possibly could. I almost didn't even get this much done, since the last couple days of rain washed out part of the fencing in the yard, and one of the dogs got loose. Lost a good hour of drawing time just chasing him down and fixing the fence.

I'll make another post soon about next month's sketch poll, thinking I'll try something a little different just for kicks. They've also apparently enabled the pay-at-sign...

November 27th, 2016 Update

My mom surprised me last weekend with the news that she was going to be away for the holidays, and she wanted me to take care of her six dogs + horse.

Yeah, I was not thrilled by the news.

Been picking away at this when I have had time this week.  I need to redo her right arm and sort out the desk she is supposed to be sitting on, but then it should be ready for some quick color.

November 17th, 2016 Update

Spent a fair bit of time getting a head/expression I was happy with.  Still some issues with her hips/shoulders-neck to iron out, but coming along.  Ideally, looking to have this sketch finished up for you guys this weekend, and then Tamer's Natani commission by the end of the month.  We'll see on that last one.  My ability to judge completion dates is not terribly reliable.

November 15th, 2016 Update

Voting results didn't change from the last update I gave, and it ended up in a tie between Zen and Princess Clovis (Clovice is apparently a spelling error that was only in some early prints and promo materials).  So, as I said, I would choose Clovis if that happens.  Got a good start on the pic, but there is a lot to clean up here.  Especially with the face, I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with her expression, and I'm also debating between hood up and hood down.

Unfortunately, didn't get this finished like I wanted. Had to cut yesterday's stream short since I wasn't feeling very well, and I ended up having to run around and take care of some last minute details before I spend the next few days hanging out with my dad. I'll probably still have some time in the mornings and evenings to work on this, but I don't think I'll really have the time for it till next weekend. October 27, 2016 Update

Not too much left to do linework-wise on this one. A few things to tweak and tidy up on the character, some simple BG stuff. The internal will be a little iffy, most of the internals I've drawn I've painted and finished linelessly, but this is supposed to get done with cel shading. Not sure how it's gonna work out, but we'll see.

October 24th, 2016 Update

And the HD version of the October sketch reward. Makwa's markings may not be entirely right, but they're close enough for horseshoes, hand grenades, and apparently porn. The Diremilf can be seen here, doing awful things to an innocent tentawuff. Is this incorrect knot-sitting some kind of cruel trick, or will she give him a treat?

October 20th, 2016 Update

So, the whole standing-at-the-door-with-a-candy-bowl pose just wasn't working for me. Gave it a couple re-dos and it just wasn't coming out right. So I decided to go for a different theme, Makwa teasing some poor wuff. Will she give him a treat, or is it all just a trick?

(It's a trick question, there are no treats. Only shattered pelvises and broken dreams).

October 16th, 2016 Update

Sorry for not giving you guys the results of the poll immediately. I spent a couple days messing around with options, trying different poses out, figuring out what to do. Makwa and 'Randa both tied with 4 votes each, so I figured it was up to me to cast the deciding vote. I decided to see which pic I had a better idea for and then go with that. While I really liked the bodypaint skeleton costume for 'Randa, I just couldn't think of any good poses for the character that'd show the costume off nic...

October 11, 2016 Update

The face still wasn't looking right on this, so I took a step back from it so I could come back to it with fresh eyes. I normally don't like drawing full-on herms cause, anatomically, things don't make sense, but also cause you end up in situations where you're having to strain really hard to 'show,' everything. In the future I'll probably have commissioners choose to focus on one set of genitals or the other in a pic.
