Hey all! I said I would do this a while back, but actually I don't think I ever have- I'm taking this week to just sketch pages and get ahead, which means no pages this week, but there'll be a couple of weeks after this where there'll be 3 pages a week instead of 2, since I'll be catching up my buffer :P.

I find that all the art I love most is really bright and unrealistic colours- so I wanted to do something more like that for once! Usually I just drag in a palette and then adjust it with overlay or sliders, so even if the skintone is a bright pink, it's come from a skintone originally. Here I just grabbed a yellow and decided that was the main colour I wanted to work around. I had a vague yellow-green theme in my head, but it took a lot of messing about to make it fee...

One good thing about drawing detailed stuff is that you can copy and paste elements, and just have to paint a couple of things separately. I'm not very good at utilizing this yet, some folks have it down to a fine art!
