I'm over my covid infection, which was thankfully a mild one, and my dad's out of the hospital as well, doing fine. So things can go back to normal now, which means new art!!

I've been meaning to draw Mitch with a fleshlight for the longest time and inspiration struck today... How is Daddy supposed to resist when Finn sends him some hole?

Quick Health & Life Update

Hi all!

EDIT TO ADD: Unfortunately I couldn't escape covid. Got a fever and am generally feeling run down. Going to rest up and recover (again). Sorry for delays! 🙏

Truth to be told, I had planned on opening commissions sometime next week, but that may have to be delayed. Unfortunately, my parents have both contracted COVID. Since I live with them, it's likely that I have it as well. My throat's been feeling funny all day, with a light headache. My tests are coming back negat...

Creamed (+ WIPs) + edited

I wanted to finish one more thing before the year's over! This one was heavily experimental and it has changed a lot (I had to redraw Azur's face at one point, and staying true to the original is hard when you're painting on one layer only!)

2-3 hours in Clip Studio until it crashed on me, then continued in Procreate for another 5 hours. I missed painting, and I think I will be doing more of that next year. It was fun! Tested some new brushes, too!

Azur / Flaym - Creamed (WIP)

Sorry for the prolonged silence! I have been resting up and recovering from my surgery. Thank you for your patience and support during this time. I'm feeling good now, and find myself not needing that daily nap anymore. My energy was still quite low at the three week mark.

Fleshed this one out. I think this isn't the last time I've drawn them because it was really fun and I want to play more with trans Billy.

I'm still officially on sick leave until the 12th, but that won't stop me from doodling a little when I have the energy. Healing is going well, though my chest still feels like I've had a sick sunburn. Sore skin here, completely numb there, some pain. But nothing a bit of ibuprofen and some naps can't fix! 💦

Personal update: post surgery!

Hey peeps! Just wanted to update you on how things are going. Sorry if the formatting is shoddy, I'm posting from my phone. 😝  Just a personal, behind the scenes post here!

On Monday I had my top surgery (mastectomy) with Dr. Wolter in Düsseldorf. It was a double incision (do you still call it that when the cuts connected in the middle?? Haha I didn't have much space to leave a gap) with nipple grafts as my chest was rather big. He removed almost 2 kilograms of tissue!

WIP - Strip Game!

First set of AU banners for the website are done! 

They will have titles/logos added soon and will be used on a page that introduces people to all of the AUs Ryn and I have of our characters.

I've recently decided to limit the types of brushes I use in an attempt to bring back some consistency for my art. The softer coloring/shading style takes a bit more work, but it also feels more "me", in a way! I've often missed coloring this way when looking at my older art.

Small update on billing!

Hey all! 

I wanted to let everyone following and pledging know that Patreon is letting creators change how new patrons will be billed. At present, new patrons pay when signing up and then again on the 1st day of each following month.
The new model that we can choose is closer to most other subscriptions, where you pay upon signing up and on the same day each following month.
