It has been a good week here:

- The CPU, RAM, and SSD hardware upgrades all went smoothly, and have paid-off big-time. Applications and files snap open, and an animation frame that took a minute to finish now takes just 20 seconds.

- I converted over 40 legacy 3D assets to work with my current models.

- I improved several morphs used with Rosamunde.

- I modified the way textures are handled to work with a new render engine. The image shows the old technology on the lef...

Interim Update

If you're wondering why I haven't posted anything since Rosamunde concluded, it's because I've been converting older 3D assets to be compatible with my models, and now I'm working on enhancements I started on Rosamunde but didn't finish. And I'm planning to experiment with a true Physics Based Renderer (PBR) to improve the quality of my still images.

I'm also preparing for a major CPU hardware upgrade on Thursday, replacing my Ryzen 3 2200G (4-core 4-thread) with a Ryzen 5 5600G (6-Core...
