Okay so this mirror looked interesting so we wanted to include it in the shots but it meant anka had to climb to the top of what used to be the fireplace. I think on this occasion I failed! I should have used a wider angle lens to capture the mirror in its entirety but I didn’t. Even then I suspect there would be too much going on, the mirror is simply too much on its own and Anka is too pretty to play second fiddle. In any shoot, whatever the level, I always aim to have some sexy instagram friendly images and usually that means lingerie or swimwear to start with. Most of my shoots then continue with higher levels, topless or art nude, as a minimum, depending, of course on the model. How on earth did I miss this gem of a behind the scenes video by fellow photographer Michel N, done last April in Ayia Napa? I loved the way he moves the camera around, pretty cinematic. And Athena rose has never been seen before topless in a video, I don’t think.

ps: I chose images that show off the models face and full body, just to see what he does with it, im pleased to say nothing essential has changed, it’s very light retouching and colour correction as usual. As many of you will know, I like to shoot slightly underexposed in order to capture the skin tones better. Which, of course, means that the whole image may be a little too dark before editing.

Another Sunday, another shoot! And another new model to me, the lovely Hungarian girl Betti, aka as Beata K, who I started thinking as the girl next door, as she lives really close to me! Is Anna joining the no bra club? A legitimate question to ask, I think, looking at these images. She’s certainly becoming cheekier and is loving it.
