Weekly Update - 96
These are the same two panels I teased last week. It's interesting to me how the art changes sometimes from the "tier 1" storyboard sketch. I've become less afraid of taking those early sketches and moving them around, making big changes, or redoing them as need be. That's kind of what the sketch phase is for!

I find this stuff mildly interesting, so I figured I'd share it!
2021 was a year where I ended up missing some of my usual goals, but also drew a ton of other extra stuff, making it still the best year for God Slayers yet!
This year, despite moving and travelling and settling in and the more recent health problems we still don't have any real answers for, I still managed to post 38 new pages out of my yearly goal of 40 pages.

So, the doctors found out I have high blood pressure AND high cholesterol, and they want to make sure that my arteries aren't blocked. It seems impossible, for all the little I know about diet and exercise and fitness -- I'm in pretty decent shape -- but I suppose there could be something else going on inside of me. Thank you all so much for your continued support! As thanks for your donations, your character sheets and cameos are still coming as time and sanity allows. I know I'm slow. >.< I can only promise at best one or two character sheets a month, otherwise I'll get burnt out. Riley's Hair
Even I don't know how her hair became such an identifiable and recognizable part of Riley's overall design. You can see even in her earliest appearance in Chapter 5 how I hadn't quite settled on what her hair was going to look like yet, but then, there was a lot about her I still hadn't quite figured out by that stage in the story, and her hair wasn't the highest of priorities.
In any case, this is one possible in-universe explanation for how it got that way.

What seems to be going on here?
I'm not sure, but I've apparently started going blind in my left eye. Little grey blind spots across my field of vision, some flashing when I walk from a bright room into a dark one or when I turn quickly to the left. It feels like I should be panicking about it, but I'm really not. My right eye is still fine.
