Even more progress. Got some dialogue in, and even got a good chunk of Niu's sketches done. I still have two more pages to do. Need to rough them out.

Comic WIP

Man it’s been a while. Sorry, just been sick lately, and also just trying to get my groove back after going through some emotional ordeal. Nothing major, but I was in a bad place for a good month.

Anyways, working on something new, with my new character, Niu. It’s not going to be a pic, but a comic. Probably 1-2 page(s). Hope you’ll look forward to it!

I have plans for her in the future. Just need to get that ball rolling someday. She'll have a partner, too.

Old Niu Outline

So before my final redesign of Niu, I had an older redesign. I wanted to give her more of a cold look, since she's the super serious type... but I wasn't feeling this, so I scrapped it.

I wanted Niu to be more fun and charming, while still also being very professional. That's her shtick now. Instead of being super serious, she just likes to be seen as grown up and mature... since she's so short.

Penalty Game (Old Sketch)

So this was when I tried to insert Lina and Gina into the pic, because I wanted a good ole gang tickle on Kitty. I already had Penny and Kitty finalized, so that was a no brainer.

But Lina and Gina had to be in it, but I didn't know how. All I know was that this was not good. There was no flow, and it looks like they were just tacked on. Luckily I found a way in the final product.

First Impressions...

They're everything... and this is just filling Kitty with dread.

Still working on the refine sketch of this page before I can get to outlining.

Lina Pushes a Button...

Well, Lina feathers a button... it’s an old sketch of Lina tickling Kitty! Just scribbling a feather right into Kitty’s navel.<br><br>Kitty and Lina’s relationship is like sisters. Lina being the big sister, and Kitty the younger. And just like siblings, Lina likes to tease Kitty. I gotta do more pics of Lina and Kitty.

Chief’s Origins... (2008)

So if anyone’s been keeping up with updates to my comic, you probably are familiar with the cafe’s boss, Chief. Like a good amount of my characters, plenty of them are recycled from scrapped old designs.<br><br>Chief is no exception, and here is the original design. Feel free to cringe, I know I am. So I was like... around 12-13 years old when I first drew this. Man, a decade ago. This entire design makes no sense.

Penny Tickles Lily

It’s Penny tickling Michio’s Lily. This is the first doodle I did of his character, around the time we started chatting with one another. I really liked his bushy, pink haired, character. Her polka dotted clothes always looked adorable. And of course I liked how ticklish she was, and Penny does, too!

Ruth’s Early Design

Behold! Early sketches of Ruth... done on the same page as the doodles of some of my girls as kids.

As you can see, the first designs on the left are pretty Niu-ish. She was originally suppose to be the very stone cold and analytical kind of genius... before I decided to make Ruth more fun and energetic.

Which led to the bottom right design. She ended up looking similar to Penny in terms of features (red hair, freckles, and braids), so I made them cousins! And then I did the unf...

Inktober Day 1: Marigold

Okay, I'm going to attempt to do Inktober! And for this, I'm doing other people's OC's. First one is Nuciferyne's cute and shy witch, Marigold! I thought it would be appropriate, given the holiday of the month.

It feels so weird to do traditional again... with that being said, I really need to redraw Marigold on my tablet. With less mistakes.

Tifa Tickle

This is an old, unfinished sketch. It’s the tough and busty Tifa, from Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE. She’d be a lot more blocky if she were from the original.

I really need to do mainstream characters, too. I’m just really iffy on it though. Some characters I can see being ticklish, others I can’t.

Kitty’s Mom

The first concept of Kitty’s mom. I had a name for her, Kallia, but I’m thinking of changing it. Maybe another cat sounding name.<br><br>Unlike Her daughter, Kitty’s mom is very childish. She’s pretty ditzy at times, and embarrassed her daughter a lot. She also finds tickling fun, and loves to tickle Kitty when she gets the chance. Playfully, of course.

Stunfette [Commission]

So this was a commission that I had to do within 24 hours for the commissioner's friend's bday. It's the pokemon, Stunfisk, supercrowned.

I can see the appeal in doing this, I had fun designing the outfit.

Kitty’s Faces

Expressions are what I look forward to drawing the most. And with this comic with Kitty, I’m making sure to give Kitty very exaggerated, yet still cute expressions!
