Jean is always a lot of fun to write. She's completely transparent about her goals, to her own detriment, but at the same time her enthusiasm is infectious. It's always fun bouncing Jean and Salvadora off each other. Pulchritudinous hits the scene!
I always like writing Pulchri, and the readers seem to like her as well, and Thirstagram is the perfect platform for her to be even more of a self-righteous hypocrite.
Showing off each character's Thirstagram account is always fun, it gives Justin some interesting stuff to do in the sense of "how do I encapsulate this character's personality into several selfies?"

Thirstagram follows are kinda sorta like power levels in Dragon Ball Z for this comic. Finch's 2,112 number is a direct reference to my personal favorite song of all time, 2112 by Rush.
Xatra's Thirstagram username was originally going to contain her name, marking its first appearance on a comic page, but "spacethought" was too good to pass up. Spacethought = space thot.

This page is the beginning of Selfie Showdown, which is pretty much exactly what you think it is. Cheesecake is one of the main goals of this comic, and an episode centering around selfies is a great way to achieve that goal. It helps that there's a lot of comedy to be worked out of the situation too.

I always love writing the Ask the Cast scripts, because it's neat to see what our readers come up with for questions. This question had a lot of potential, and the route I decided to go was most of the costume swaps being nixed for various reasons, until a swap with Xatra.

Inside Scoop - July 30, 2018
This page establishes Carmen and Emma as best friends now. They're going to be crimefighting friends going forward. Not partners in the traditional sense, more like superheroes who are best friends so they do a lot of stuff together, like Mr. Incredible and Frozone.
