First day back at the gym!

My back hasn’t looked this jacked in ages! Or it feels like it at least 🥹. I haven’t been able to do a proper cardio session since mid November. So today I got a bit silly and did an hour on the rowing machine.

Tbf I may be hurting all over but it helps me switch off. This time of the year is a nightmare for me so the gym helps me switch off and forgot that for a couple of hours.

Once upon a time I would’ve hated myself in these shorts. I blame the unrealistic body and beauty standards pushed onto women on a daily basis.

New (very expensive) bra !!!

Husband just surprised me with a very expensive bra (Honey Birdette). A belated Christmas present 🥹. This is my 4th bra from this brand and I can confirm that nothing compares to these.

Back muscles

Oh my god I miss the gym so much 😭. Eaten a fuck tonne of food and wanna go lift some weights and do some cardio to help balance my brain.

I was gunna sneak out to the gym this evening but currently trapped and can’t leave our road as there was a house fire a couple of houses down 🥲. Fire engines each side of our house with a hosepipe running up to road. Bah!

I did say I would start styling my lingerie 💜. This is one of my favourites, although the body suit is way too big now so I might have to retire it.

This bra makes me look like a gammon from behind as it cuts into my muscle. Which I don’t hate?! I mean…gammon IS one of my favourite meats 😅.

I’ve been wearing crappy boxers designed for dudes for too long. So a birthday treat to myself was a couple of new pairs of boxers. This brand has loads of cute designs! So I got a purple, green and pink pair (obviously 🙄).
