Midweek Moleskine: Save You A Seat

Another forgotten drawing of mine; this one was actually partially colored before I lost the original Photoshop file. I'll have to try and dig it back up again this weekend.

All Commission Slots Are CLOSED!

Just a heads up everyone: all six commission slots on my Trello are now taken. They'll be open again some time after I finished these ones.

In the meantime, feel free to leave any feedback on my latest commission revamp, using e-mail and Trello to keep track of everything. Is this easier than before, or is something missing/needing improvement? Let me know in the comments!

Midweek Moleskine: Tinker Goat

This week in Midweek Moleskines, I'm cracking open a couple of my older sketchbooks and looking for sketches I've finished but never shown anyone.

This here's a goat mechanic I drew after coming up with the idea of horned anthros using their horns as a mount to hold things, in this case a magnifying glass.

Midweek Moleskine: Humanized Colin

This week in Midweek Moleskines, I'm cracking open a couple of my older sketchbooks and looking for sketches I've finished but never shown anyone.

This is a humanized version of Colin the Computer from Episode 4 of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. I like humanized versions of characters but I don't draw them often.

Midweek Moleskine: Bigfoot Bot

This week in Midweek Moleskines, I'm cracking open a couple of my older sketchbooks and looking for sketches I've finished but never shown anyone.

A cute robot I drew, trying to combine two different styles in limb designs that still looked good.

Midweek Moleskine: Shorn Sheep

This week in Midweek Moleskines, I'm cracking open a couple of my older sketchbooks and looking for sketches I've finished but never shown anyone.

Here's a sheep girl who may have been the prototype for my previous punk sheep character, with the basic idea being that she's a spunky sheep whose wool grows exceptionally faster than normal, and so she expresses herself by shearing it off in differen...

Commissions Are Now Available!

Hello everyone! I've got new commission info, and that means commissions are now available!

Now, I'm going to be doing things a little differently this time, and hopefully it will make commissions easier both for me and for all my clients.

First of all, Patreon patrons will no longer be getting unlimited slots. Instead, they will be getting commission priority, I.E. they will be served first and foremost before non-patron slots, even if they claim ...

Meeting With The Snake Lord (final)

Finally, it's finished! This was one of the fussiest pictures I've done. I've played with colors, shading, and lighting for about a week now and only today am I totally satisfied with the result. Definitely proud of this one.

Here's a look back at previous versions:

Midweek Moleskine: Mermaid Designs

A bunch of mermaids I designed for the short comic series I'm working on, as mentioned before.

I'm planning on only having one mermaid appear in the comic, but I'm having trouble deciding on what her hair should look like. I've settled for a "bangs over the eyes" look, but I'm torn between having classic mermaid/human-like hair or something more fishy (from left to right starting from the bottom: fins, lionfi...

Midweek Moleskine: Nameless Knight

A knight character I've designed for a short comic series I'm working on. Not much I'll say other than it's going to be a parody of "monster girl" series like Towergirls or Monster Musume.

Midweek Moleskine: Barghasts

Moving away from zombies, we've got Barghasts! Named after a similar creature from old European lore.

I've seen a lot of these similar skull-faced creatures all over the internet, from SCP-1471 to countless fursonas. They vary wildly in shape, color, and ability, but for the most part all of them have a skull for a face or head (typically a canine skull of some kind) lined with thick shaggy fur, and usually a dark or "Halloween"-type style. I could never find any particular name for these sort...

Midweek Moleskine: "Angels"

Another previously-mentioned zombie variant, the "Angel". With a rictus grin, stringy hair and grisly "wings" made from their own flayed and stretched-out flesh, they seek out mortals who they deem worthy of salvation. Don't worry about being left behind when they come, though- they are very forgiving.

These are probably the least zombie-like of my zombie variants, at least physically and mentally, in that they're capable of thought, speech, and using tools. They're more zombies in a ...

Midweek Moleskine: Casketcase

Another zombie variant I mentioned back in my previous MM post; a zombie who wears their coffin like a shell, either burrowing underground like a mole or wearing it as impromptu armor. They don't look "on-scale" here, but perhaps becoming undead stretched their limbs out somewhat?

Fun fact: the difference between a casket and a coffin is that a casket is rectangular while a coffin is the more "classic" six-sided, tapered box.

Hiatus, Commission Changes, and a Question

Hello everyone! Nothing's changed at the moment; I simply want to keep everyone in the loop.

So at the moment, I've got a couple commissions in the works, and other than that all my commission slots on my other sites are full. Once I'm done with them, I'll be going on a (hopefully) brief commission hiatus in order to finish up a couple personal projects as well as revise my commission info and prices. Some, if not all of them, will be going up a bit due to some real-life financial stuff. I'll ...

Midweek Moleskine: Zombie Variants

Going off on the previous MM, I tried coming up with a bunch of different variations on the cliched zombie, trying to make something unique but still  recognizable as a "zombie" rather than in the broad umbrella of "undead".

I've got a few other ideas not shown here- zombies with prehensile intestines that strangle people, burrowing coffin monsters that drag people underground, and "angels" who have "wings" made from their own skin (not grown anew, but peeled away from their torsos)...

Midweek Moleskine: Splitting Headache

Haven't drawn anything horror-themed in a while, and I just recently had zombies on the brain (probably the worst place to have zombies, really), so I decided to draw some.

Of course, zombies have been pretty much played out to the point where they're not scary anymore, so I decided to try and mix things up a bit.
