Sorry folks, but I'm afraid I had to cancel the raffle permanently. Beholders 03: Fladababos

I really like how this one turned out. The first one is my absolute favorite design, but the gross, veiny skin on this one came out beautifully. 

Speedpainting these beholders has turned out to be more fun than I thought they'd be. I've only been at it for two days and already I've discovered new ways of rendering textures and details!

Looking through my old drawing books fills me with both nostalgia and regret- I have so many comics, doodles, and forgotten ideas left incomplete and unfinished for years, yet I just keep on drawing and pushing them further and further back, always saying I'll get back to them later but never doing so. Sometimes I honestly wonder if I have ADHD or something.

Robot Vs. Ribbon (digital sketch)

I've wanted to try and draw robots again. I doodle robots all the time but it's been far too long since I've actually sat down and actually finalized a drawing of a robot.

This is my latest attempt, largely inspired by Ashley Wood and his robot designs, which I've always loved for how expressive and flexible they are despite being very geometric and chunky. Unfortunately I can't bring myself to finish this; there's just too many things I don't like about it to really finish it up.

Gladiator Tigress

With all my commissions done, I finally had time to finish this piece I've been working on for the last couple months!

This took way, way longer than I had hoped. I re-drew the initial sketch twice, re-inked the picture twice, and re-designed the net she's holding more times than I can count. Note to self: never draw nets again.

But despite all the setbacks, I still managed to finish this, and I am really proud of how it came out.

Neural Network Color Monsters - Part 3

Two more monsters, this time rock-themed! Stoner Blue was the most difficult to design; originally I was going to go for a sort of "haunted kiln" monster with limbs made of fire, but I decided not to go for the subtle "stoner" pun.

I don't know how many of these I plan to do, honestly- probably until I run out of ideas.

These were some of the latest results of that, and I decided to take the oddly-named colors and make monsters based off of them!
