The January Update and Plan

So here we are in 2024... it looks so different what with the flying cars and soylent green.  

I wanted to give a quick update to all of you wonderful people supporting Locked in Lace (and myself in the process), sort of look at what all happened last month and then look forward towards January and what is coming.

AIdentity - Update

Merry Christmas

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all of you here for your continued support.  Despite my absence, and the ongoing battle to get the site back up on its feet, you all have continued to be stalwart supporters, cheerleaders, and just amazing human beings. Some Updates

So a quick state of the union of where we are, where we are going, and what the plan is.  As many of you saw in my behind-the-scenes calendar post a week ago, I have some major site update work scheduled for the next two weeks.  I spent a vast amount of time and energy over the last few days reconfiguring, reworking, and reprogramming the 'dominant introduction' section of the new site.

An unexpected journey...

The last few weeks were not anticipated.  I want to thank all of you for your love and support.  I have returned and am trying to pick up the pieces of both life and this little adventure we are all on together.

Update for 9/17

Had a bit of a Real Life Kerfluffle this last week that stalled things out a bit.  I've been continuing to try to poke at the testing server in the evenings and now have a bit of plan for what the next step is for LIL.

In the meantime, with the site chaos and the redesign, I have been very negligent about updating here and keeping to my pledge promises.  I just released a new updated poster and a new story chapter will release this week as well.

Punishment Position Two Instructions

As we move towards the 'punishment positions class' I am redoing the numbering on punishment positions to make a better progression.  Everyone who participated in the intro class learned position one (bent over a desk) very intimately already.  This is the beginning of the next lesson.

So I am still tackling the database issues... I am hopeful tonight, as we continue to find and improve more things... there are still some issues and a lot of process creeping to be solved, but we are getting close to a more stable and functional site.  I know it has led to some frustrations, and I am immensely grateful for all of your patience as we slowly get LIL back up to all cylinders.

It is time - Early Access to LIL open

So after sooooo many months... the time has come to unlock the site and open the doors (at least to all of you loyal fans ready to dive back in).  

Early access means you get first pick at usernames, and a head start at creating some content before the masses descend in a little less than a week.

For those of you who have been playing in beta... all that content is gone and it's time to start fresh.. this time for real.

I've set a hard deadline of opening the site in 11 days.  (There is a lovely little countdown on the site right now).  Before that happens... there are still one or two little things to work out... a final little adventure to finish our the initi...

Daily Inspections Ready for Testing

If you are participating in the beta test, i could use your help by putting some content into the new Inspection Submission Posts.

This lovely little form will let you apply to be inspected.  Best of all, you are sent a randomized note from your Sponsor telling you what outfit you are expected to wear that day (hint:  you can refresh if you hate it).

A lot of progress has been made.  I am hoping to squash out existing bugs by the weekend and add the next wave of content to test.  

Very excited to have all of you over there and playing with the stuff I have been working on for so long.
