John is leaving the Project headquarters with Carl and is confronted by a team of their soldiers. A sympathetic soldier tries to help. John shields both Carl and the soldier behind his wide back as the assault begins.
Not entirely happy with the inking, may tweak it later... coloring in progress, tentatively for now, without the tablet stylus and using a mouse, I don't have the same dexterity . One's ordered and on the way.

Playing with some ideas for Carl and John after the asteroid mission is accomplished... more muscle mass, gotta feed, gotta have sex... I'll work out the details of him coming home clothed/unclothed later... the knuckle walk thing is a fun fantasy, hope you all don't think it's too freaky.
