Greek project sneak peeks...

And 3 weeks after my last log in here, which is quite embarrassing... but I've been busy, really busy, I finished the rendering with the  palace scene  about a week ago, ( I lost some time readjusting the original scene, and made some progress with some  vue issues that were troubling me too ) and after that I've spent 6 days working on a big new extra scene for the story... so let's take a peek a it...

Lessons in Size. Part 2 has been sent.

Shame on me, this one took forever! it's like two month late, I rewrited part of the script, I finished the edition during monday, yesterday I checked and corrected it, but I ended late, and I had to do buy some 3d stuff too, so in the end I give another checking today ( and found a few more mistakes to fix ) and It finally done and sent to all february patrons.

Bad news, I'm forced to extend the hiatus for another month...

I've been working hard on the greek project during the last two weeks,  I needed  a lot of time to make it work and I also put a ton of effort to make it look great, but I was really happy with the final result even if I was a bit late with it...  that said, I have to confess that the first half of the month I was quite lethargic... I wasted a lot of time doing too little and worrying too much with the corona virus stuff... 

Though as I said the last two weeks I got ...

yeah, it has been a weird April month... sorry for the lack of updates, and the late replies too, I haven't logged in 3 weeks...  sigh...  I've not  being myself, being distracted and worried, and I still had some more headaches these last weeks... It has been more than 50 days of quarantine here... hopefully it won't last much longer...   though even with that I have kept  working on the greek project, though  way slower that planned.

Not good news... Corona virus hiatus.

I've  procrastinated writing this post for a while, but It's about time... this month I started quite early with the second part of size lessons, I wanted to settle the cursed delay I've been dragging for months, but these last weeks I've been working awfully slowly, because I'm worried, distracted and totally uninspired  with all the horrible stuff that is happening with the corona virus  in my country these last two weeks ( today we had more deaths than Italy, and it's gettin...

Yeah working on it right now, yesterday I redid the snow scene and today I did the last renders with it to end the story, the editing also started, but I'm not sure it will be done for tomorrow,  the more I look at the last renders the more I think I should give them another try ( the light with the snow was weird and I reduced the exposion but now the characters look too dark ), I shouldn't lost much time since I do the edition with the old computer, but even with that tomorrow I'm goin...

Finally some news!

Because, as usual, I'm a overly ambitious idiot...  I have just finished the renders of the extra short story, waaay later than planned,  because February is  not short enough, and I  had to go for a full story with three characters, with a whole new scene too, and to help it had some annoying issues along the way ( the texture bug  came back to haunt the eyes of my characters once again!) hopefully, I managed to fix it ( and finally found the ***** source of the prob...

yeah, I was late with filling up, and it affected the scripting of this one, so It will have a small delay and will be send tomorrow ( the 8th) to all January patrons.

News and updates...

Damn, time has flown fast this month... the rendering of the filling up part 8 was done last week, but with a big delay since the file gave me a lot of problems, it kept crashing after doing some renders, so even though the rendering was  much faster than with the old computer ( where a single  render could  need over an hour!) so it took way more time than expected to have it settled ( I also had to discard a mega planetary scene since the textures were not good,  she was...

Buff, business as usual, even though I started this project really soon I couldn't avoid to relax a bit during Christmas,  it's  also a bit longer than planned ( 124 pages ) and the script has been harder to write than expected ( it's not a complicated story, but  I have not been inspired this last week)  so, the plan was to have it ready for tomorrow, but I have serious doubts about it, I will probably end the edition  really late... either way,  I'm still going...

Since I had the characters ready I tried doing something a bit different from the chapter with them...  even though I should have toned down the light a bit...  anyway, I wish you a happy new year 2020, and a happy new decade too ! This new year I have planned to update my patreon page, to prepare a catalogue with my works and to start with new large projects while finish other ones pending like filling up... there should be more news this month...  and now back to work on the ...

I'm still not sure about the title of the new story, right now it's titled Christmas is sharing ( since it's a size stealing story) but... dunno...  I may change it... either way,  the first image was just done a moment ago, while the rest are older test renders, I had a lot  of problems with the scene, even though adding detail was rather easy the hair models give me some headaches again, that added to the annoying illness that I had last week delayed me way m...

Yeah, usual news as usual, sorry again for a delay! though this time it could be expected, I started really late with the rendering, and even though I worked it quite quickly I still was a bit late, add some minor issues like having to edit a bunch of images because of the clipping ( that tricksy dress! ( note, this image is not fixed, but the final ones on the comic are fine)) plus some problems with the script because I didn't like the mood and I rewrite parts of it, and they result in the ...

First , the new genesis 8 models, along  all the stuff I have bought during the last seven months (which is  still lacking in some areas) I had already tested a couple in the old computer, but in...

I've just finished the edition, just the correction left, but it's too late and I'm spent so it will have to wait until tomorrow. there are several reasons for the delay, the story has ended been a bit larger than expected ( 126 pages)  the script is the largest one I've written, with a lot of worldbuilding stuff, just the day after I had finished the rendering there was a bargain of 3d egyptian stuff that I had looked out for ( a 95$ package for 2$!) so I bought it and added some images...

And another one,  this project has several light and atmosphere settings ( including night, and rain) and  I also changed several times the type of gemstones that adorn her hair, my favourite is this combination of coral, blue tourmaline and amethyst,  though there are plenty more,  like lapis lazuli, malachite or turquoise,  and all are new procedural material created for this project... ( yeah, I've always liked gemstones )
