Greek project sneak peeks...

And 3 weeks after my last log in here, which is quite embarrassing... but I've been busy, really busy, I finished the rendering with the  palace scene  about a week ago, ( I lost some time readjusting the original scene, and made some progress with some  vue issues that were troubling me too ) and after that I've spent 6 days working on a big new extra scene for the story... so let's take a peek a it...

* note: yes, there is a black spot in her forehead, it's an erratic bug that appears ramdomly with some hair models , but the story images will have it edited.

though these images don't make justice to the scale of the scene, since I did them to test the characters... the scene meant to simulate an ancient Greek town, and it took a lot of time to be done since I had to manually assemble all the buildings myself ( and finding working pieces for an ancient setting was not easy either ) yesterday I added the characters and did the posing,  about 20 images left to be done, they should be ready in a couple of days, since there is another character to add ( the scene has a couple of different spots for plot purposes)

About the story itself, it's simillar to the egypt story,  a new world order with an ancient setting, this time a greek one,  but this story is way more complex, the characters have some boundaries and adversaries, there is a bigger focus on the overall rule "size is status" with several female characters around...  Our main male characters will meet a princess by chance, and besides being forced to be her  servant (though just  part time!)  he also has to act as a "spy" for her, and that will mean some problems...  this first chapter is a bit introductory... but there is some growth and plot development...  there is way more growth planned for the future... since I think this project will have at least three chapters...

That would be all for now, now I go back to see if I can find a good ancient Greek word with some meaning  related to the story that sounds good as a title in English...  but before I have to reply some old messages here too...

Ps: The ancient egyptian translation was easier to do than the ancient Greek one... those Greek letters are a pain to  transliterate... =_=

Comments

Glad you like it! It's a setting I wanted to try for a while, but it's has been a pain to do... there is so little 3d stuff for it... oh well, at least the main scenes are already done...
