The Halloween Rave is Simultaneously Ruined and Enhanced

A globbles is crashing yet another Halloween party. This one looks like it got into the glowsticks and is now a glow-in-the-dark rainbow slime. Very few party-goers are sober enough to notice that this isn't part of the rave, and those that aren't are too entranced by the vivid bright colors and jiggly fluid sliminess to do much about it swallowing them up into itself. More Trick than Treat

When you're in your 20's but about 3 feet tall, you can easily still go trick or treating with the right costume, so for old time's sake Scott still secretly does. Tevy learned about this and decided she wants in on this too. This is probably the most fitting costume they could go with, it's almost redundancy.

October Paused

Not doing so great... I'm sick and there's a lot on my to-do list to catch up on, so I've set Patreon to pause billing for October & make it a free month. 

I'm still going to try to have something or other planned for October when I figure out what to do for it (at the very least do something for Halloween), but for now I'm a coughy stressed out snail, sorry :X

Keeping Idea Pile

I've received some feedback from a number of patrons regarding the auctions. I honestly wasn't expecting them to play out with instant-win bids in which patrons use all of their points. This trend would make it very difficult for patrons who haven't been around from the start to ever receive anything. Meanwhile, completing auctions has proven to be much easier than expected.

As mentioned in a prior post, I've started updating the Patreon by adding new pledge tiers. I thought that by modifying the details of the $1.00 tier and adding the $3 and $5 tiers, the $1.00 access would logically apply to the $3.00 to $5.00 tiers. It turns out Patreon does not work that way and anyone who joined the $3.00/$5.00 tiers suddenly found many of the posts inaccessible.

I threw out my back again helping family with chores and my drawing arm is all bruised up by a botched blood drawing to find out if something's wrong with my internals.

WIP #9: RUB HARDER

The best of news—this is the last of the heavy animation. Like, the LAST-last. Also I painted a background for it.

All that's left is animating a burp, adding the rest of the audio, and maybe a few passive short idle animations... for reference, idle animations do not take up a lot of time to make. Like, less than a day, instead of MANY WEEKENDS é~è;; [burp] will also be brief. I don't think I can/will do one of these again, at least not one that goes on for this long, and even then...

Valentines 2019: Photo Booth

 As Scott put his $2.00 into the money slot of the photo booth, the  machine surprised them both by immediately beginning its countdown and  began taking its pictures.
